Access to Necessary Resources Initiative
The Bureau of Harmony is entrusted by the Ministry of Reason to ensure the availability of necessary resources for continued sustainable abundance and provide equal access to all stakeholders within the sector. The Access to Necessary Resources (ANR) initiative monitors six essential zones of capacity: Energy, Water, Food, Housing, Transportation, and Waste Metabolism. Each of these is further broken into three usage categories: Agricultural, Industrial, and Domestic. Around the clock monitoring allows for ANR Status to be updated in real time. Check back here frequently and follow The Bureau of Truth for announcements about changes to current ANR Status in all capacity zones and usage categories.
Current ANR Status
Energy
Production:
Energy in Sector 08876 is provided through a combination of photosynthetic bioelectricity, deep hydrothermal venting, and compressed solar radiation.
Capacity-Zone Availability:
- No permitting is required for domestic-scale projects
- No permitting is required for sanctioned agricultural-scale projects
- No permitting is required for sanctioned industrial-scale projects
Water
Production:
- Water in Sector 08876 is provided through a combination of wells, waste metabolism reclamation, and geothermal venting reclamation.
Capacity-Zone Availability:
- No permitting is required for domestic-scale usage
- No permitting is required for sanctioned agricultural-scale usage
- No permitting is required for sanctioned industrial-scale usage
Food
Production:
- Vegetable biomass in Sector 08876 is produced in hydroponic greenhouse facilities using organic methodology
- Ichthyological muscular biomass in Sector 08876 is produced in hydroponic greenhouse facilities using organic methodology
- Ornithological oval biomass in Sector 08876 is produced in mobile shelters over pasture using organic methodology
- Mammalian biomass in Sector 08876 is pasture-raised (mammary and fleece), or function primarily as agents of compost creation (muscular), using organic methodology

- Trains arrive at each quadrant every 5 minutes.
- All trains on time
Waste Metabolism
Production:
- Waste produced in all sectors must metabolize seamlessly into the sector biome and meet Bureau of Harmony regenerative design standards.
Capacity-Zone Availability:
- Domestic: Metabolic and regenerative systems for domestic waste are operating at maximum capacity. Additional permits are not being accepted presently.
- Agricultural: Metabolic and regenerative systems for agricultural waste are operating at maximum capacity. Additional permits are not being accepted presently.
- Industrial: Metabolic and regenerative systems for industrial waste are operating at maximum capacity. Additional permits are not being accepted presently.
